This painting started as an experiment, seeing what I could create out of repurposed bed frame panels. Started last summer and for the most part finished last summer, this painting called to be finished with a new meaning recently.
Protect you energy. An essential part of pursuing a dream however also a easier said then done action.
There's a fine line within finding the flow that's needed to bring an idea to life balanced with the protection it needs to grow to its full potential. Divinely protected within the crystal ball the jellyfish can grow, rest, and love while deflecting any energy that would hurt its little one.
Created in signature Kacie Kulture style the background is created by layering abstract backgrounds on top of each other to create a complex image with depth. Each layer is intuitively created, layered with a mix of intent and controlled chaos. Every painting is in return unique in its own impossible-to-recreate way, embracing all that is purposely imperfect; these layers are symbolic to the layers within a human.
Using classic street art techniques to apply the main graphic, this painting is the only kacie kulture creation with a translucent main graphic making the most of the background and energetic color palette.
